Sunset Over Dike Five Flowage
Here are my best shots from the past week. Most were taken from the Maiden Rock Bluff State Natural Area, including shots of the Mississippi at Lake Pepin and some of the bluff-top meadows.
One photo is of the ancient bedrock of the Canadian Shield exposed by the Chippewa River at Jim Falls, Wisconsin.
Two are from the Crex Meadows State Wildlife Area, the sunset and the pond in the golden light of the hour before sunset.
