Old Cedars
According to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources website, red cedar trees 250 years old are present in the Maiden Rock Bluff State Natural Area. The trees grow at the very lips of the bluffs, often hanging over the edge. The cedars look old. Some are very photogenic and can be the subject of a photo or be used to frame a photo.
