As you can see, everything is covered with a few inches of new snow, heavy enough to have toppled a couple of the trees outside my window. Last night the power went out for a few hours. We don’t need this snow. Stillwater, Minnesota where I live has been on flood alert since March 22. Last night’s precipitation and more that is expected over the next few days will add to the threat. Fortunately, it’s been cool so the snow melt has been slow and will continue to be so for the next week.
